Intro:
Coach came to us wanting to create an immersive brand experience for their Amazon brand store that would attract Gen Z customers looking for the Coach brand at an accessible price.
The Problem:
Luxury brands are still navigating their place on Amazon. The jury is still out on whether Amazon is a trustworthy marketplace for luxury goods - with many customers still preferring to buy directly from retailer sites to avoid getting scammed.
Our Approach:
Unlike other luxury brands with minimal listing copy, scant brand stores, and virtually no A+ content, we would own our presence on Amazon. We worked with the client to design an immersive luxury experience native to Amazon but catered to Coach clientele.
The Result:
We pioneered a credible presence for a luxury brand on Amazon. I lead our team of copywriters and oversaw designers as we created Amazon optimized copy on the Coach brand store, engaging A+ content, 2000+ Catalog of PDP’s, Seasonal Banners and Prime Day Ads.
The launch of the brand store resulted in a 3% year-over-year increase to $1.25bn for the brand.
